liblocale-gettext-perl software package provides module using libc functions for internationalization in Perl, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install liblocale-gettext-perl
liblocale-gettext-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the liblocale-gettext-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep liblocale-gettext-perl *
You will get with liblocale-gettext-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
